Shipping Policy

The estimated shipping time will be indicated on the checkout page upon confirmation. The said estimated shipping time will be provided by the shipping company which may be subjected to unforeseen delays.
We will ensure that the items shipped will be tagged and packed accordingly to avoid any loss or damages during the course of transit. The Management will not be held liable for any loss or damages that may occur to the items or products shipped during the course of transit.
Return/Refund Policy
Returns/Refunds will be accepted within 7 days upon delivery or receipt of the item by the buyer, as indicated as received on the delivery tracking system of the shipping company. The buyer must inform the management of such return/refund, and must ship back the item within the period indicated.
Returned items must be in their brand new condition, unused, and complete with their original packaging.
Items offered for clearance sales and other promotional sales are not eligible for return/refund.
Return/refund beyond the indicated period may no longer be accepted.
Refund Policy – Ended GB
Those joining our Group Buys (GB) may request for refund upon approval of the management, within 7 days upon confirmation. Once approved, the management will refund the subject amount minus the remittance fees incurred for the transaction.
