The Equalz TPU Switch Films are made out of a milky white translucent Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) material. The TPU material is commonly referred to as the “bridge between rubber and plastic” because of its rubber-like qualities while it is of plastic components. It is very flexible and has a smooth surface, but at the same time, it is very durable as well. These properties of TPU are very well suited to be used for Filming Switches because it can easily fill the unwanted gaps between the top and bottom housing of our Mechanical Keyboard Switches. Its rubber-like quality will ensure that it will properly adapt through the gaps that it is intended to fill, making our switches more intact to eliminate switch wobbles that will greatly improve switch performance and sound when actuated. Its translucent quality will also allow a more dynamic light distribution for RGB led equipped keyboards.

Note: The manufacturer advises the users to use tweezers when pulling off and installing these Switch Films for easier application and to avoid damaging the Film Sheets in the process. Please apply caution when pulling off the Film Sheets from its outer pad to avoid damaging the actual Film Sheets.
