• Zion Studios PH only accepts credit cards, debit cards, G-Cash all through paymongo (Paymongo is zionstudios.ph payment platform)
• A Zion Studios PH account, valid shipping address, valid billing address, and valid payment method are required to enter the raffle. 
• Zion Studios PH will only allow purchases for registered owners of Zion Studios PH accounts
• Only one entry per person will be allowed. Multiple entries will automatically be cancelled. 
• Your shipping details information should be the same info you registered in your Zion Studios PH account.
• Once registered and submitted, raffle entries cannot be modified or cancelled
• Recipient’s opportunity to purchase the raffle groubuy product is subject to stock

• Entries cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise provided to anyone else. Evidence of such behaviour by any account holder will result in disqualification and order cancellation. 
• Caught flipping (with solid proof) = CANCELLED + 50% Refund (5% payment gateway fee included)
• Caught transfering W slot = CANCELLED + 30% Penalty Fee (5% payment gateway fee included)
• No e-mail address registered on Zion Studios PH Website = Cancelled + full refund minus (-) the 5% gateway fee.
• Refund request = 100% refund minus (-) 5% transaction fee
• To our Indonesian customers, please do not forget your National ID and TAX ID NUMBER.

• Customers with winning entries will be notified via email with private link to continue the purchase.
• Zion Studios PH reserves the right to refuse, refund, and change terms on group buys with immediate notice.
• You have 24 hours to complete the purchase, take your time and do not rush. Please complete your orders (including pcb, plate, and any other add-ons). Merging orders and adding items will not be conducted.
